Lauren’s passion is helping dentists first get clear about their vision for their future and then build a team that supports this vision. She loves seeing a client transform from “accidental boss” to inspired (and inspiring) leader. Besides becoming more productive, Lauren’s clients and their team members find increased success in both their professional and personal lives.
Her 25+ years of experience in executive coaching across diverse industries has given Lauren keen insights into the critical factors required for superior practice performance and, ultimately, successful exit plans.
Lauren has launched CEO peer groups for several major franchise organizations, trade associations, and industry groups. She is also an experienced facilitator for CEO peer performance groups and has designed and delivered numerous facilitator training programs.
Besides leadership and team development, Lauren’s other passion is helping clients understand the numbers side of their business so that they can make better financial decisions. She has edited numerous industry financial benchmark studies and is a co-author of the acclaimed Profit Mastery financial self-study program that is used by thousands of entrepreneurs, consultants, and banking industry professionals throughout the country.
Lauren’s professional and academic credentials support her extensive and unique work experience. She holds an MBA focusing on organizational behavior from the University of Washington and a BA in Public Policy from Duke University. Lauren’s home base is in Seattle; however, she has worked with clients across North America and Australia. She enjoys travel, exploring new cultures and foods, hiking and kayaking with her husband, Simon.
